A form-fit vacuum bag is made over your tooling and conforms to the tooling shape. This eliminates all the stretch to prolong bag life. We can also add extra material to negative draft areas to add pressure and force the composite material to the tool surface. This will eliminate voids and delaminations in hard to bag areas.

We will be happy to make the vacuum bags for you or sell you the materials to make the bags yourself. We also provide training to teach you how to make your own reusable vacuum bags.
